Use the options on this screen to enter descriptive information for project-related awards such as the award name and a general description. This information is used for generating marketing materials. You can also attach an image. It must be of an appropriate size for templates used to create your marketing collateral.

 

To access this screen, select a project and go to the Project > General > Data screen. Click the Add link above the Awards section or Edit next to an existing award.

 

 

 

Related Project Awards

Name:

Name of the project-related award.

 

Year:

The year the award was given.

 

Use:

Select this check box to specify which award details you want to include in the export for mail merging to new marketing materials.

 

Delete :

Click to delete a listed award.

 

Update :

Click to save changes made to a listed award.

Help:

Opens the ArchiOffice Help in the Award Details section.

 

New:

Select this option to add a new award detail.

 

Delete:

Click to delete a listed award.

 

Save:

Select to save changes made to an award's details.

 

Use:

Select this check box to include award details in the export for mail merging to new marketing materials.

 

Award Name:

Enter the name of the award.

 

Description:

Enter descriptive detail of the award.

 

Year:

Enter the year in which the award was given.

Attach Image:

Click to attach an image of the award.

 

Clear Image:

Click to remove the attached image.
