This view displays detailed information for a selected document stored in ArchiOffice. You can access this view by clicking Edit for a document listed in the Projects > Documents, Contacts > Documents or Documents List View.

 

 

Date:

Displays the date on which the document was created.

 

Type:

Displays the document format (e.g., image or PDF).

 

Title:

Enter or edit the document's title.

 

Description:

Enter descriptive detail for the document.

 

Project:

Displays the project with which the document is associated. Click the field label to change the assigned project.

 

Assign Contact:

Displays a list of contacts assigned to the selected document.

 

Document Name:

Displays the document filename.

 

Document Path:

Displays the directory path to the folder in which the document is stored.

 

Last Viewed By/On:

Displays the name of the last user to view the document and the date on which the file was viewed.

 

Rotate/Flip:

Click these buttons to change the view orientation of the document image.

 

Load Thumbnail:

Click to load a thumbnail image of the document graphics. This displays in the Documents List View.

 

Launch:

Click to view and display the document in the third-party program with which the file type is associated. See Preferences -Documents-Types for details.

Help:

Select to access ArchiOffice 2016 Help in the Documents section.

 

Find:

Select to locate documents matching specific criteria, with the resulting Found Set displayed in the List View.

 

Re-Find:

Select to return to the last Find criteria so you can modify the requests before executing the search.

 

List:

Select to display a list of documents.

 

Delete:

Select to delete the displayed document.
