How Do I Assign Project Team Members?

Do the following to assign team members to a project:

  1. Go to the project to which you want to assign team members.
  2. On the Details tab, click the Project Team tab and do one of the following:
  1. To change an employee's preset bill rate, edit the value.
  1. Select the Approve T/E check box to give an employee authority to approve time and expense entries.
  2. Clear the Active check box to prevent an employee from being able to enter time for the project or do anything else related to the project.
  3. Click Save for each employee for which changes have been made.
