consulting services to help our new and existing
customers install, implement and deploy our products
in a cost-effective and professional manner. Our
Consulting Service is designed with a "single point of
contact" model that allows our customers to work
with a dedicated BQE Analyst throughout the
consulting process.
Do I need
BillQuick Consulting Service?
Yes, you need BQE Consulting
Services if:
- you are too busy to deploy
the new technology yourself
- your staff or other
resources are in short supply
- you do not have the necessary
technical skills
- you want to not only deploy
the technology correctly, but also to deploy it
in a scalable fashion to accommodate your future
business growth
How does BQE
Consulting Work?
BQE has spent years designing
and testing our unique consulting model that deploys
our technologies in a professional manner and
accommodates the future growth model of your
business. When you signup
for our consulting services, a trained BQE Analyst
will be assigned to work with you.
The Analyst will be your primary
point of contact. Depending on your specific
business needs, the consulting services may involve
the following tasks:

Interview: A detailed interview
by BQE Analyst to understand your current and
future business model.
- Data Analysis:
Review of your current data by one of our
software engineers for the purpose of data import
and/or integration with BillQuick.
- Installation:
Installation of our products and technologies.
This may require a physical installation of
hardware/software at your office and is provided
by our hardware and IT team.
- Data Transfer:
Your software engineer will create
a BillQuick data file for you using the
information provided by you and the guidance
provided by the Analyst. The engineer will also
integrate this data file with QuickBooks,
Microsoft SBA, Peachtree or other supported accounting
packages.
- Implementation:
Once the hardware and software are installed by
the IT team and the BillQuick data file is
created by the engineer, you are now ready to
implement the new technology. Our Analysts will
walk you through the next steps of
implementation such as setting up defaults,
selecting appropriate invoice templates, setting
up security, backup frequency etc.
- Training:
One of our
certified trainers will provide one-on-one
training to you and your staff. Depending on
your needs, you may need one or more training
sessions.
Throughout the tasks listed above,
you will be dealing with only one person. That is
the assigned BQE Analyst. It will be the Analyst who
will coordinate with the IT Team, Software Engineer
and Certified Trainer as he deems necessary. The
Analyst will also coordinate with the Report
Customization team should you need any custom
reports or custom invoice templates.
How much Does
all this Cost?
The typical cost of Consulting is
$585 and it covers the first 3 hours.
Additional hourly charges may apply if the total
consulting service exceeds three hours. Your assigned
Analyst will provide you an estimate of time after
the initial interview.
I am an existing
BillQuick Customer, do I need Consulting?
Yes. Our Analysts are trained to
optimize your day-to-day processes by identifying
and removing the bottle-neck elements. In addition,
the consulting team can help you extend the use of
BillQuick technology and integrate with other
software such as QuickBooks and Microsoft Outlook.
Finally, your Analyst can help you upgrade to the
newest technology with Microsoft SQL Server backend
for more robust database processing.
