BillQuick creates links between BillQuick and OA records, making synchronization effortless. As you process data and transactions in each application, an internal "Last Modified On" date-time stamp keeps track of the most current record. This allows you the freedom to modifying records in either program; when the data syncs you can have the most current records update the older records.

When you integrate BillQuick and OA, you gain a lot more than elimination of duplicate data entry. BillQuick’s Projects provide much stronger features than OA Jobs. OA does basic service billing. BillQuick provides nine contract types, including Hourly, Fixed, Percentage, and Recurring types.

Time Entry is so flexible, you'll wonder how you lived without BillQuick. Where OA offers limited employee Bill Rates, BillQuick supports multiple employee bill and costs rates, the ability to create custom fee schedules for projects with special bill and cost rates, and if necessary, bill and cost rates for particular activities (services).
