BillQuick Agent has a small memory footprint (the amount of
memory the product needs to run), requiring approximately 700 KB
to function. BillQuick Agent uses standard Microsoft Windows
components. In BillQuick Agent, access to all reports is
immediately available without having to run BillQuick. With it,
users can assign commonly used filters to any BillQuick report
(standard or custom) and produce it on demand and/or schedule it
to automatically generate and be delivered to computer screens,
printers or through email as an attachment.
Report Scheduling
BillQuick Agent is a powerful reporting tool for project
managers, company administrators and principals. With it, users
can schedule any BillQuick report (standard or custom) and/or
any other Crystal Report template to automatically generate and
be delivered to computer screens, printers or through email as
an attachment.
In addition, BillQuick Agent
monitors employee time entry based on a set of rules. With these
rules, administrators and billing staff can ensure that all time
entries are recorded and submitted on time. BillQuick Agent will
automatically generate an onscreen report that delineates which
employees are short of the required time that they owe and then
send email reminders to those employees. Form captions, field
labels, field masks and tool tips can be customized to your
company’s preferences. Changes made in BillQuick’s Custom Labels
screen get reflected in this application as well.
BillQuick Agent also comes with a powerful alert system,
where the user can specify that an alert is displayed on screen,
and/or sent through email when a particular condition is met.
Time Card Monitoring
Agent is smart to find out who in
your office has not completed his or her time card. All you need
to do is specify when the time cards are due and how many hours
the employee typically works. Agent will then send automatic
reminder email to those employees that have not completed their
time cards. You can set the frequency of the email being sent.
Smart Alert
Agent now supports custom alerts
that can be delivered to you on-screen, via email or on your
cell phone as a text message. Alerts such as "Let me know if XYZ
Client has invoices past due over 60 days", "Alert me when the
Amount Spent on a certain Job is greater than $$$". The Smart
Alert feature allows you to stay informed about your business
without you having to run reports or call your office manager.
