BillQuick allows you to enter time in as little as three key strokes. The program reviews employee, client and project data automatically and bills intelligently at the appropriate time. The time card module allows employees to enter their time directly into the system, while limiting their access to confidential information.

Fee Schedules within BillQuick allow unlimited bill rates to be assigned to employees, clients, projects, activities and/or any combination of the four. All invoices, statements and reports are completely customizable with Crystal Reports.   • New - Bill Amount Threshold - option to set a threshold net bill amount, billing records will be shown for projects only if the amount is greater than the minimum set in system settings or in the Billing Review screen

  • New - Option to automatically change a project's status to Completed when the total amount billed equals the contract amount

  • New - Paid In Full automatically displays and prints on invoices once they are paid in full

  • New - BillQuick's more than 400 reports are now grouped on the More Reports screen by type of report in a Windows Explorer style tree. Users can add or change any of Report Folder Names and group standard and memorized reports as desired

  • Enhancement - Option to create a manual invoice from a budget and estimate

  • New - Apply memos to multiple invoices using the top and bottom invoice memos available

  • New - A second Invoice Memo can be added and shown on invoices

  • New - Option to record a Retainer for a client or a project. A client retainer can be applied to any invoice regardless of the project involved

  • New - Document management form which allows users to manage client and project documents, folder creation and email review. Reads Microsoft Outlook records. Firm can have a consistent folder structure on their PC or server, thus making it easier and more efficient to manage contracts/engagement letters, spreadsheets, tax returns, financial statements, CAD files, and so on for scores or hundreds of clients

  • Enhancement - now choose the type of data to be stored in a custom field. Choices include Currency, Date, Text and Numeric

  • New - QuickUpdate added to BillQuick. This powerful tool allows you to recalculate billing rates and cost rates for time entries that were recorded prior to assigning a fee schedule

  • New - Additional database back-ends now available. Microsoft Access is standard with BillQuick Basic. BillQuick Pro comes with Microsoft Desktop Edition of SQL Server (MSDE). BillQuick Enterprise users will have the choice of Microsoft SQL Server, or MYSQL

  • New - Print or Send to Excel results from the Find function

  • Enhancement - Bottom buttons on forms are now replaced by a toolbar located by default at the top of the screen. User can however drag it to the bottom of the screen

  • New - Powerful calculation options added to the headers of most numeric fields. You can now quick see the Sum, Average, Count, Maximum and Minimum values of the column
