-
Consider the price
and the overall investment.
BillQuick reduces your investment
with FREE DATA CONVERSION (see
below).
-
Make a decision.
-
Implement BillQuick.
Free Data Conversion
BQE Software knocks down the
key barrier to change -- Conversion Cost. Manually re-entering data into a new solution can
take from 5 to 14 days of non-billable time, incurring direct
costs of $1,000 to $8,000 (or more).
Indirect costs drive your investment higher.
But as a user of Timeslips, Wind2,
Unilink and CPAS software - a professional
with the greatest concerns about your firm's future with this software,
you eliminate direct and other costs with FREE DATA CONVERSION from
their old software to BillQuick.
We save you at least $1,000 on
conversion.
Bottom Line: Spend 90
minutes, then decide.
For companies utilizing another
software package or in-house solution, BQE
Software offers other electronic conversion
options. Even a
partial electronic data conversion saves
hundreds to thousands of dollars. Here are a
few options:
-
Direct transfer from QuickBooks, Microsoft
Small Business Accounting, Peachtree and
MYOB Australia accounting software.
-
BillQuick's
Import/Export utility for comma- or tab-delimited
ASCII format (or converted from Excel .XLS format).
-
Data
conversion services. We will work with
you to determine what data can be
converted and the best method.

Project Control is only
available in the BillQuick Pro and
Enterprise Editions.
Project Control gives you the ability to assign
employees/subconsultants and/or activities
and expenses to specific projects. Only
assigned employees and subconsultants can
charge these activities and expenses
to the project. In fact, when entering time
and expenses only the employees and
subconsultants assigned to a project will
see the project in drop-down lists.
Assignments restrict access
to items in Time Entry, Expense Log and
Timer, and flows out to time and
expense functions in Web Suite and other
add-on modules.
Why assign
employees/subconsultants, activities and
expenses to a project? The top 3 reasons
are:
-
To speed up time and
expense entry.
-
To ensure the most
accurate information is recorded for
time and expenses.
-
To limit access to
confidential information.
To assign an employee to a
project:
-
Select the project.
-
Click the Employee
assignment radio button. This displays
employees in the Available Items list.
Optionally, you can choose a range of
employees and an employee group, and
include vendors (subconsultants) in the
Available Items list.
-
Ctrl-Click to the left of
each employee you want to assign to the
project, then click
to move them to the Assigned Items
column.
-
When you click
,
select another project, or another item
to assign, the assignment is saved.
Use these same steps to
assign activities and expenses to a project.
Note: If you prefer,
you can use the budget assigned to a project
as the starting point for assigning
employees, activities and expenses. Click
to copy the assigned employees, then again
if you want activities and expenses in the
budget assigned to the project. You can add
other items to Assigned Items lists.
Wanted! - New
Product Name

What do you call a product with set-it-and-forget-it workflow
automation? We want you to tell us.
Here's what the product does.
-
Management Workflow
Automation -- Monitor values for
exceptions, that is, changes or
conditions you define, such as budget
spent reaching a threshold and excessive
work in progress. It also alerts you
instantly with an on-screen message, by
email, or via text message on your PC,
laptop or cell phone. Eliminates
scanning reports to identify firm,
project and employee exceptions.
-
Administrative
Workflow Automation -- Monitors
time cards for exceptions to your
company policy regarding timely entry of
hours. You can send delinquent
timekeepers an email reminder.
-
Report Workflow
Automation -- Schedule any
BillQuick report (or any report created
with Crystal Reports) to be produced
when you want it -- daily, certain day
of the week or month, etc., then have it
emailed to any address(es), printed,
and/or displayed on your screen.
