Messages is a message-forwarding
workflow built into the
software. It is not a
replacement for emails or
instant messaging. It is
better!
BillQuick
Messages is event-driven.
That means a message is
delivered to a BillQuick User
when they initiate an event that
matches one for a message. As
shown above, a company's
bookkeeper might write a message
before leaving for the day to
remind anyone who has not
submitted an expense report to
do so. When each user logs into
BillQuick the next day, they
will receive the message.
Messages can be
sent to another person or to
yourself as a reminder. For
example, you might remind
yourself about an item that is
important when you prepare
bills. Rather than a Post-It note,
leave yourself a message to be
delivered when you open the
Billing Review screen.

time spent approving -- and
