Scanning the list of entries, you can tap an icon and delete any item (if it has not already been approved for billing or has been billed). You can tap and open an entry to review and edit.

You can also add new time and expense entries. Just like in BillQuick and Web Suite, you choose the project or phase from the drop-down dynamically pulled from your company database in real-time. Same for the activity code and date. The Description carries from the Activity Code just like the desktop and browser versions. Need to add a memo to describe the work in more detail? No problem.

And with appropriate security permissions, you can also view or change the Bill Rate, Cost Rate, Billable Status, and flags like Overtime and Xtra. When you click Save, Mobile adds the time or expense record to your company database. No upload or import.

Capturing time and expenses is not time-consuming on your smart phone. When you stop for lunch or are waiting for your flight to be called, a couple minutes delivers your hours works and expenses back to the office.
