Microsoft Small Business
Accounting Launches!
It's official - Microsoft
Small Business Accounting is now available
to the small business community at large.
Launched September 7 by
Microsoft's Bill Gates at a
major event in Redmond, Washington, media
and users from the U.S. and beyond
listened to Bill discuss
Microsoft's small business strategies.
BQE Software was selected in
2004 to be one of five SBA Launch Partners.
Since Spring 2005 BillQuick has
integrated with Microsoft SBA. BillQuick
users tested the new integration and
SBA. BillQuick takes advantage of every avenue
the SBA software developer's kit allows,
resulting in an integration as solid and
extensive as that between BillQuick and
QuickBooks.
Calling All QuickBooks® Consultants
BQE
Software is pleased to announce that we will
be a sponsor at the
2005 QuickBooks® Consultant’s Conference
hosted by The Sleeter Group, November 9 –
11, 2005, Tuscany Suites Hotel, Las Vegas,
NV. QCC is the largest gathering of
Accountants, Bookkeepers, CPAs and
QuickBooks Consultants in the nation. In
addition to exhibiting, BQE Software will
participate in several sessions. Be sure to
stop by and talk.
With the recent release Microsoft Small Business
Accounting and the soon-to-be
released QuickBooks 2006, small businesses
will be asking a lot of questions.
The Conference can help you answer them and guide
your clients. You will learn what applications integrate with QuickBooks and
other accounting applications, how well they
integrate, how adaptable they are, and more.
Conference keynotes from industry leading
experts include Steve Blundell, Intuit’s
Accountant Strategy Consultant; Greg
LaFollette, Executive Editor, The CPA
Technology Advisor; and Leslie Shiner, Sr.
Industry Advisor, Intuit Construction
Business Solutions, Intuit, Inc. A surprise
guest or two may find their way there too.
You will have opportunities
to speak with Intuit senior product
management and development teams regarding
new products and product enhancements. Panel
discussions will cover practical business
issues and successful strategies.
Networking and learning from the community
of Sleeter Group consultants as well as
colleagues is an added benefit. CPE credits
are available for education sessions.
In short,
The Sleeter Group 2005 QuickBooks®
Consultant’s Conference provides what you
need to survive and thrive in the upcoming
market frenzy for information and consulting
services.

Web i, Suite Web i - Sweet Bundle Pricing
Four Web i's can be suite. And a
sweet deal.
With the recent addition of a new module,
the Web
i family of modules now include:
Employing the latest Microsoft ASP .Net
technology, the Web i modules allow
managers, staff and others to securely log
time and expenses, manage projects, run
reports, and manage invoices via the Internet
by simply connecting to your firm’s web
site with a browser. Or, you can use Web
i behind your firm's firewalls
in an intranet environment. Web i supports
practically every browser including
Internet Explorer, Netscape, Mozilla and
Safari for both the Windows and Macintosh
platforms.
And the process is secure. Users, whether
employees or subcontractors, can access only
the functions and information for which you
grant permission. You don't have to wait for
consultants to submit invoices. They can
enter their time right in Web i
T&E. Also your firm data is secure. In a web
environment, it remains behind your firm
firewalls. Web i securely accesses
your database only when retrieving or saving
information. It's like moving data through a
concrete tunnel.
Tired of managing project records,
timesheets, reports and invoices among satellite offices, with management and staff
in the field, and subcontractors working
from Alaska to South Africa? Tired
of emailing data around the globe, then re-entering and checking data ad nauseum?
Tired of importing data?
You don't just want Web i applications,
you need the full suite of Web i modules.
How about a sweet suite deal?
Separately, the four Web i
Pro modules would cost
$1,380 for 5 users.
Until September 30, you can purchase
the Web i Suite - Time &
Expense, Clients & Projects, Reports, and
Billing - for only $1,104.
That's 20% off list price. And if you
need the Web i Suite for BillQuick
Enterprise, the same 20% discount applies.
That's sweet . . . and maybe a suite for
you.
