BillQuick's depth and breadth of capabilities, combined with its flexibility, allows you to adapt it to many situations.

While many users have tapped BillQuick's potential for their firms, others have not. Or at least, they wonder if there is more in BillQuick that could save them time, effort and money. For most BillQuick Users, the key question is:

Some of the most common questions and requests we receive are:

  1. Do you have training just for project managers and principals? Something that focuses on the information and maybe suggestions on best practices?

  2. Can you help me get my timekeepers more comfortable with BillQuick? They all get their time in but they're stressed. We want them to feel comfortable with BillQuick, learn about shortcuts, and how to use it with our company procedures.

  3. I can do billing, but I don't feel like I understand it well enough. My account rep said that some BillQuick users cut their billing time down to a few hours. Can you help us do that? Maybe take a look at our procedures too?

  4. Would upgrading to the SQL Express database improve performance? Maybe new hardware? We just don't know if we can improve the speed or whether we're doing really good now. Could one of your consultants check it out?

  5. We're still not sure if we're using BillQuick and QuickBooks in the best way. We save time for sure, no duplicate entry, but are there "best practices" we're not following?

  6. We just don't know. We're doing things the same way we did 20 years ago. I think we need to optimize our workflow. Do you have someone who can take a look at what we do and help us optimize, maybe point to BillQuick features we should use?
