However, we recognize that you may need or prefer special information or invoice layouts. Perhaps variations on our standard reports or invoices that project your company's professionalism in a unique way. So, how do you meet these needs and customize an invoice or report template? With BillQuick, you have two options:
Option #1 - Buy Crystal Reports:
Buy report/invoice customization software (Crystal Reports) from us directly at a reduced price. We have negotiated a special price for our customers. You can order your special copy by calling our sales number.
Crystal Reports is a third-party product and is not supported directly by BQE. If you are not familiar with this software, please visit Crystal Reports web site to learn more about it. More importantly, find out if you have the necessary technical skills to use Crystal Reports.
Option #2 - Let us do it for you:
Our Report Customization Team has the experience to efficiently develop custom reports and custom invoice templates for you. BQE Software report customization is available at a very reasonable price.
Here is how it works:
- Select the report or invoice template that is a close match to your business need. If you can not find one, create a mock up in Excel or Word or start with a report or invoice sample you have on hand.
- Print the base report or invoice template and mark it up extensively with a black pen to show us how you want it to look. Be as thorough as possible.
- Fax the marked-up report to us or email it to Custom Reports. Fax or Email should be put to the attention of Report Customization Department. Please include your name, phone number and the best time to call.
- A member of the Report Customization Team will review your fax or email and call you back with a quote. Upon your approval and receipt of your payment, we will confirm the estimated delivery date.
- Report will be delivered to you for review on the estimated delivery date. Once approved by you, the work will be considered complete.
