ArchiOffice is a networkable, multi-user solution which operates on both PCs and Macs.
It was created by and for Architects and is customizable to your offices needs. ArchiOffice
takes all the disparate pieces of information in your office and organizes them in a remarkable
way. It brings order to your firm.
Main modules include: Contacts, Projects, Time and Expense Slips, Billing, Calendar and Reports.
An ArchiOffice demo version is not available, due to proprietary Outlook and Applescript integration components that are utilized. However, we do offer a 60 Day Satisfaction Guarantee that ensures you will be fully supported and completely satisfied during your evaluation period.
There are three main ways of deploying ArchiOffice.
1. Single-User: If
you are a single-user, then you want to order one ArchiOffice Client license.
2. Peer-to-Peer: If
you have less than four concurrent users, you can elect to deploy ArchiOffice
in a peer-to-peer fashion. One of the workstations that you install ArchiOffice
on will be the HOST, and act as a "pseudo server", allowing the other
clients to connect (up to two more). You need to order up to three
ArchiOffice Client licenses.
3. Server: If you
have four or more concurrent users, then you must deploy ArchiOffice in a client-server
configuration. This means you need to order an ArchiOffice Client license for
every user and an ArchiOffice
Server license.
