Microsoft Office 2003+ is required for all document merging to function. Data merging with other word processors is not supported.

Outlook 2003+ is required for Contact, Event and Email integration to function.

Other Software Requirements:

Microsoft Office X or Microsoft Office 2004 is required for all document merging to function. Data merging with Microsoft Office 2008 and other word processors is NOT supported.

Entourage X or Entourage 2004, or the latest versions of Apple iCal, Mail and Address Book are required for Contact, Event and Email integration to function. Please note that Apple Mail running in Mac OS X 10.4 or earlier may not sync properly with ArchiOffice in certain situations.

Server Note: We strongly recommend the FileMaker Server software be installed on a server or dedicated computer that is dedicated for this software. No other services, such as Exchange or print sharing should be running, nor should you be using this server as a file server. This is due to the fact that ArchiOffice is a client-server application, and the more clients you have accessing it, the more demand will be put on the hard disk. Other services competing for hard disk access time will slow performance.

If you are running other services on the FileMaker Server, you run the risk of having the server crash. If this occurs, file recovery or file backup may be required. Our Support and Maintenance agreement does not cover support for a server that is not configured as we recommend. If you require our help in setup or recovery, you will be charged for this support.
