As technology continues to evolve at a rapid pace, new software and operating systems are being rolled out faster than ever. Like many other software companies, we have found that in order to ensure that our products remain compatible with other programs and operating systems, we must focus on our latest releases. That’s the only way to provide the best possible service, along with the regular product enhancements, that you have come to expect.
As a result, beginning July 1st, 2016, we no longer support BillQuick 2013, ArchiOffice 2013, and EngineerOffice 2013. To access technical support, training, consulting, and any other BQE services for these or other older versions, you should upgrade to the 2016 version of your software. If you don’t require any of these services, you can continue to use the 2013 program. But in the unfortunate event of a system crash, database corruption or any other system error, our support engineers won’t be able to look into the issue.
If you are eligible for a free upgrade to our 2016 products, we highly recommend that you upgrade to the latest version right away. BQE also offers paid consulting services to help you with the process of upgrading to the latest version.
