This course introduces timekeepers to key BillQuick elements associated with time and expense entry—Activity Codes, Expense Codes, Bill Rates, Cost Rates, etc. It illustrates the different elements, how they're connected and how they impact time and expense records. The goal of this training is to teach you how to add, edit and review entries using Sheet View, Simple Time Card and Timer. Best practices for specific user types and different situations (e.g. entry vs. review) are discussed. Procedures will also be covered on how to submit and approve entries and use various reports. Shortcuts for easier, faster updating of information will also be covered. This course is available for BillQuick, BillQuick Online and Web Suite.

It covers client, project and other billing setup options and their impact on the final invoice. The goal of this training is to walk you, the manager, through generating a billing record through billing decisions to creating invoices for a variety of billing situations (i.e., hourly, fixed fee, recurring, percent complete, phased billing, joint invoices, etc.).
