The new EngineerOffice 2010, completely rebuilt in Java, can be accessed within your office network or over the Internet from any remote location.
Zero Deployment - Using Java WebStart technology, there is no software to install on workstations. The EngineerOffice 2010 server automatically deploys the thin-client application. Updates are automatically sent to the clients so you're guaranteed to always have the latest version. EngineerOffice 2010 deploys automatically to any computer regardless of operating system and platform.
Improved Performance, Security and Scalability - Blazing speed is now central to EngineerOffice 2010's design. The EngineerOffice 2010 backend has been upgraded to Sybase SQL Server. When you upgrade you get the SQL Server at no extra cost. All data between the client and the server is encrypted using 128-bit SSL encryption. Speed and security are not limited by the size of your firm.
