Add-in Privacy Policy

This privacy policy only applies to BQE CORE’s Microsoft Outlook Add-in.  For the policies regarding all other BQE services please visit: https://www.bqe.com/agreements.

BQE CORE Outlook Add-in uses Email and Appointment data to automatically create time entries in the BQE CORE platform. The add-in will specifically transmit the following data when a time entry is being created in BQE CORE

1. Email subject and date.
2. Appointment date, duration and text.
3. Attachments.

This BQE CORE Outlook Add-in will only work for users that have a valid login with BQE CORE. Users can disconnect the BQE CORE Outlook Add-in by using the log out option provided on the BQE CORE Outlook Add-in.
